Direct mail is tried and true marketing method in the land game. Our integrated mailing system means you can find and mail owners with ease. Simply select the lots you’d like to mail, create your offer and activate. We’ll handle printing and mailing from there on. 

Absolutely! Our integration with Google Docs makes it a breeze for you to update your offers. If you already have your own templates, copying the content into the Google Doc is super easy to do as well. If you’re new to land-flipping, we also provide some templates for you to get started.

Each campaign has an optional maximum daily send limit, which helps to avoid being overwhelmed by responses. If you’re spacing out your mailing using this setting, then it is possible to pause and resume your campaign at any time. If there isn’t any daily limit then it isn’t possible to pause your campaign, since we’ll mail all letters at once.

Secondly, the country’s well-developed real estate market is supported by a sophisticated legal framework that facilitates property transactions with relative ease and security, compared to that of other countries. If you’re just starting off with land investing it is relatively easy to get started compared to that of other countries.

The majority of our data comes straight from counties in the US. All of our data is sourced from publicly available data.

We offer a 14 day refund policy for subscription fees. However, since we incur significant costs when activating campaigns, since we must pay for printing and postage stamps, we would not be able to refund campaign fees.
